  • Lead Pastor

    Hello! I am Cole Saunders and serve as the Lead Pastor of City on a Hill, I bring a heart for people and a passion for sharing the love of Christ. I am dedicated to preaching God’s Word, guiding spiritual growth, and leading with humility and vision. I am committed to building a Christ-centered community where all are welcomed, equipped, and empowered to live out their faith. I have been following Jesus since July 2nd, 2017 and have learned so much from Him. I currently am going to school studying Theology to expand my knowledge and understanding of God’s nature to better teach those around me. I am very excited to see what God has in store for me, and this ministry.

    Deuteronomy 31:6, “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”


  • Associate Pastor

    Hello, my name is Scott and I am blessed to serve God and you as Associate Pastor with City on a Hill. I am a proud dad of a son and two daughters. I have my parents to thank for establishing a firm foundation for my faith at a young age as I was raised in a Christian home where the entire family was very active and invested in our church body.  I accepted Jesus as both my Lord and Savior in my early teens and was baptized in December of 1993. I believe that God has given me a heart rooted in unity and love and I am dedicated to helping this ministry build relationships that align with Jesus’ prayer for us in John 17. My hope is to bring glory to God by fostering a welcoming and loving community. I pray that you embrace this amazing fellowship and when you do, I have big and bold faith in what God is going to do with all of us.

    Acts 11:24, “For he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord.”

    Hi, I’m Rebecca, and I’m thrilled to be apart of City on a Hill!  I was blessed to grow up in a Christian family, and I accepted Christ in 2005.  Since then I’ve been working on making my faith my own and strengthening my walk with God.  I’ve been involved with youth ministry since 2017, and I’m excited for this opportunity to serve God in a new capacity!  I love learning about God’s Word and His creation, and using the mind He gave me to do this to the best of my ability!

    1 Timothy 4:12, “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.”

Isaiah 41:10, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

    My name is Devina. I’m thankful for the love, grace, and guidance of our Heavenly Father. I love Worship and believe in the Power of prayer! Excited to share the Love and Good news of Jesus Christ and to be apart of City on a Hill Ministry! Two of my favorite verses that are dear to my heart are

    “Therefore do not be anxious about your life… For your Heavenly Father knows you need them all But Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you”
